The following table outlines the earning potential:

Plant Manager or above -- earn $1,500 for each successful placement.

Plant Management team -- earn $1,200 for each successful placement (Maintenance Mgr., Production Mgr., QC Mgr, Safety Mgr.)

Plant Administrative Management and Supervisor team -- earn $1,000 for each successful placement (HR Mgr., Purchasing Agent/Mgr., Finance/Acct. Mgr., and plant supervisory staff (Production, Quarry, Quality and Maintenance).

The fine print......


The Cemcon International, Inc. Referral Bonus plan is outlined as follows.  This is no way implies any employment relationship or contractual agreement with the referring individual.  Bonuses are paid as outlined and a 1099 will be sent for tax purposes at the end of the year payment has been made to you by Cemcon.  A valid Social Security number for the 1099 will be required prior to payment (or a valid FEIN tied directly to you).  This program is only for individuals and will not be added/subtracted from any Client's invoice to offset the invoice cost.  The FEIN is intended for those individuals who have their own business where they are an officer and as stated in the Articles of Incorporation, etc.


The referring party can submit via the Internet web site at www.ACementHeadHunter.com, the name, contact information or resume of the potential candidate to the section on this page above.  If you have the candidate's resume this can be sent to Resume@ACementHeadHunter.com. Don't forget to include your contact information when emailing.  This automatically sends your email to our offices.  One of our highly trained, professional staff will be assigned on a rotating basis the candidate.  Our responsibility is to conduct an intake interview, revise resumes, coach the candidate and determine the best possible position based on their wishes and handle the entire recruiting process from beginning to end.  Your responsibility as the referring party is to send us the contact information / resume and complete the 1099 information.  We take it from there.  Once the candidate has been placed, payment has been received by Cemcon, and the candidate has remained on the job for 60 days, a check will be sent to you promptly from Cemcon Headquarters in MD by US mail.
