Lee has been providing a full range of staffing services exclusively to the cement industry for thirty years. His network of contacts and sources has enabled him to successfully complete some very challenging search assignments at all levels in such foreign countries as Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Pakistan, Kosovo, Lebanon and throughout the United States and Canada.
Lee holds a bachelors degree in civil engineering and lives in Maryland with his wife Jan and dog Cane a Golden Retriever show dog currently in trianing as a therapy dog. In his spare time he is also active in training assistance and therapy dogs for the hearing impaired and physically challenged.

Robin Harpe is an Author, Coach, and Motivational Teacher who combines her unique and gifted coaching skills with her passion for empowering others for life success. Robin holds an MBA from Colorado State University, BS from Milligan College, SPHR (Certified HR Professional), authorized DiSC assessment profiles, and Certified LifeSuccess Coach personally trained by Bob Proctor (an internationally known master thinker). She began her cement career with Blue Circle and during the transition with Lafarge moved to North Central FL with Suwanee American Cement. She lives in FL with her husband, Gordon, and is very active in the community.
