Dennis has established a proven track record in recruiting virtually all cement plant and corporate positions in every department. Along with recruiting mid and senior level cement industry positions, Dennis also designed and managed new graduate training programs at Essroc and Lehigh; hiring and developing over 50 entry level engineers.

Dennis has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and has earned numerous Continuing Education Certificates. He now lives in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with his wife Ella and two teenage children, Christine and Derek. He spends his spare time travelling and enjoying time with his family.
